Vic: CFA website crash not good enough - Hulls =2

Mr Hulls said consultants Deloitte had been commissioned to investigate the error and
he would receive further briefings from the CFA.

"I have no doubt that this issue will be investigated and fixed," he said. "I understand
that it's working now, I understand that the CFA are confident that the issues that occurred
yesterday won't occur again, but it's incumbent upon the CFA to ensure that the website
is working and working well."

Mr Hulls said a huge amount of resources had been put into upgrading equipment.

The website had since been tested under conditions of high demand, he said.
