Biggs/Gilmore Named Top Agency in 2011 IAC for Third Consecutive Year.

For the third year in a row, digital agency Biggs|Gilmore was named Top Agency at the Internet Advertising Competition (IAC), taking home a record 23 awards. The agency won 11 Best of Industry awards and 12 Outstanding awards.

The Internet Advertising Competition, sponsored by the Web Marketing Association, is the first and only competition dedicated exclusively to online advertising.

"This wasn't work for one client done by a small team. With ads and campaigns for nine different brands recognized, virtually every person in the agency played a part in this," said Andy Gould, senior vice president, executive creative director.

Entries were judged on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting and ease of use.

"More than ever before, we're seeing clients embrace digital advertising as an essential component of building brands," said Marino Puhalj, senior vice president, executive creative director.

The agency's Best of Industry awards included Best Food Industry Online Ad (Froot Loops); Best Food Industry Rich Media Online Ad (Frosted Flakes); Best Consumer Goods Online Ad (Cottonelle); Best Food Industry Online Newsletter Campaign (Heinz Ketchup); Best Food Industry Website (Corn Pops); Best Food Industry Interactive Application (Froot Loops); Best Food Industry Social Media Campaign (Heinz Ketchup); Best Food Industry Online Video (Heinz Ketchup); Best Food Industry Integrated Ad Campaign (Heinz Ketchup); Best Consumer Goods Rich Media Online Ad (Cottonelle); and Best Food Industry Rich Media Online Campaign (Rice Krispies).

Biggs|Gilmore's Outstanding Awards included Outstanding Rich Media Online Ad (awards for Raisin Bran Extra, Rice Krispies, Frosted Flakes and Corn Pops); Outstanding Website (Pop-Tarts and Apple Jacks); Outstanding Online Video (Cottonelle [two awards] and Pop-Tarts); Outstanding Social Media Campaign (Pop-Tarts); and Outstanding Integrated Ad Campaign (Cottonelle and Corn Pops).
